| Raw material: | Advanced fiberglass and PVC particle. We import high-quality raw materials, we will inspect them although the supplier has inspected them to guarantee they are free of impurity and defects. |
| Weave: | In 2008, we had a well-managed Joint-venture weaving mill with 78 weaving machines. With strict inspection process, weft skew: ≤2% of fabric width, almost no weft skew. Base material is uniform and regular. |
| Laminate: | The fully automated machine and dust free environment to make sure no bubbles and shrinkage of PVC plies and PVC plies and base material degumming phenomenon. |
| Inspection: | Including weight, thickness, color, blackout effect, flatness. The inspection report will record each roll in detail. It will ensure the products quality before shipment. |
